Healthy Thanksgiving Recipe - Vegan Pumpkin Pie | Spa Week Daily

We finally have an excuse to have a slice of our favorite Thanksgiving dessert, pumpkin pie, before dinner! This vegan twist on the classic pie comes in at a mere 55 calories per slice, making it an indulgence you can truly feel great about.

Ingredients:
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. cinnamon
? tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking
1/3 cup flour of your choice
1/3 cup xylitol or brown sugar
2 nunaturals stevia packs
1 can pumpkin puree
? cup milk of choice
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. ground flax
2 ? tsp. pure vanilla extract
